Comments in DCA Helo / CJ Crash Not DEI

Years ago, I had a wonderful deployment to the Persian Gulf on the former USS John Young where as it has been reported were also deployed Army special forces helicopters. I spent countless hours in Combat during this deployment looking at the radar display as well as time with the Army's helo's. Therefore being a loyal former Naval Officer, I suspected the Army's common operating procedures as impacting this crash. In my view, this crash was not about DEI and the FAA; in fact, I dont think the accident was the FAA tower controller's falut. I read a New York Times article last weekend that seemed to point the finger at the female pilot - I dont belive it was her fault (or the male Instructure Pilot either). This accident was clearly the fault of the FAA and the Army. Here is a Youtube of my rational why.
