Climate - the physical science and the social science

Two of my favorite climate related web sites: Yale Climate Connections does a good job of keeping track of news related to the physical science of climate change. Here is a link to their 2020 Year In Review - a catalogue of bad news: https://yaleclimateconnections.org/2020/12/the-top-10-weather-and-climate-events-of-a-record-setting-year/?ct=t(EMAIL_CAMPAIGN_DAILY_122220)

Climate is, as I have pointed out before, not a question of physics. The physics of climate change/global warming is long settled - CO2 is going up, this increase is caused by humans, and this (and other man-made factors) is leading to a series of very serious, dangerous, harmful, and expensive impacts (and increasingly needless). Climate is a social science problem. See the Year in Review here from this web site that is focused on the social aspects of the issue: https://skepticalscience.com//2020-SkS-Review.html.
